Why a "final sign off" for materials is important

When we take an order from a customer we email the customer a final order draft of what they ordered and request that they (the customer) look everything over (quantity,sizes, materials, door details, etc.) and verify all is correct before they reply to our email finalizing their order and we finish the order process when we receive the customers reply email releasing the order as being correct. That is why anyone who is having anything "custom made" needs to be aware of what is being purchased and make sure everything is correct so no additional costs are incurred from these types of errors.
